Level 1
If you have never knit before, this is where to start.  We will show you how to cast-on, knit and cast off. During the class you will make a swatch of the garter stitch for your reference in future projects.  Class size limited to 6.  Needles, yarn and instruction are provided.

 Teen and adult class time - 2 hours  $30

Level 2
Let's go beyond the basics.  In this class you will to purl, increasing and decreasing stitches and create a swatch of the stockinette stitch that you can refer to for later projects.  We will also start working on a "real project".  Class size limited to 6.

Knitting Level 1 or equivalent knowledge is a prerequisite.

Crocheting
 

Level 1
Want to try your hand at crocheting?  In this beginner class, we will teach you how to make a slip knot, chain, slip stitch and single crochet and a few others.  Of course, we will make swatches for future reference.  Class six limited to 6.  Hook, yarn and instructions are provided.

Class time - 2 hours   $30

Level 2
Hooked?  We will now move on to the half and double stitches and crocheting in a round.  Plus you will learn how to read patterns.  We will also make swatches and start on a project.
